And yet there is also a time for change.
The LEV institute inspires leaders and professionals to reflect on our current world, to engage in meaningful conversations around equity and inclusion, and to design a better future.
Experience a 2.5 day institute where we will:
– Examine cultural concepts that will help us to reflect on our own lives and work.
– Engage in meaningful conversations with colleagues around a series of cultural artifacts—song, film, essay, poem, podcast.
– Develop a common vocabulary for engaging in sometimes challenging conversations around issues of power, culture, and race.
– Explore the idea of “deep inclusion” and how we can take action in and beyond our immediate communities.
